A builder who manages the whole job
Perth Subdivisions is run by Tom Finneran, a registered builder and director of Regional Construct Pty Ltd.
Tom has worked in construction since 2009, in Ireland and then Western Australia, as a carpenter, site manager and builder. He set up Regional Construct in 2024 to deliver residential projects in Perth, from extensions to new homes and small multi-unit developments.
Perth Subdivisions brings that building experience to the start of the process. Instead of a landowner coordinating a surveyor, planner, authorities, designer and builder separately, one team manages the subdivision and builds on the new lots.
