What decides whether I can subdivide?
Mainly your zoning under the local planning scheme and the Residential Design Codes, which set minimum and average lot sizes for each density code. Lot shape, access, existing buildings, easements and services also matter.
Is the check really free?
Yes. The initial check and call back are free. If you want a detailed feasibility report with costs and options, that is $495 and is credited to your subdivision fee if you go ahead with us.
