These terms apply to our free block check and feasibility reports. Subdivision management and building work are covered by separate written agreements.

• The free block check is general information based on publicly available zoning and lot data. It is not approval or a guarantee that a subdivision will be approved.
• Feasibility reports estimate costs and timelines. Final costs depend on the WAPC's conditions, authority charges and site conditions.
• Only the Western Australian Planning Commission can approve a subdivision.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
