All prices include GST. The management fee depends on the number of lots and the complexity of the conditions, and is fixed before you start.

Questions
Why is there a fee for the feasibility report?
A proper report takes time: zoning, constraints, likely conditions, costs and build options for your specific lot. The fee is credited to your management fee if you go ahead, so it costs nothing if you proceed.
What costs are on top of your fee?
Survey and application fees, WAPC fees, service connection and headworks charges, and any works such as crossovers or demolition. These are passed on at cost and estimated in your feasibility report.
